Oak Tree Home Buyers was founded by Dave and Sarah Miller. Our mission is to help homeowners sell their homes as quickly and easily as possible for cash. We work hard to help people find the best solution to their problem, even if it isn't us!

Our philosophy is to treat every client like family. We only strike deals when it's the best option for us and the homeowner. We offer honest answers, a fair price, and a stress-free experience! Our goal is to improve lives, homes, neighborhoods, and communities - one home at a time.
Dave is a lifelong native of Hampton Roads and has been helping families with their real estate needs since 2001. Sarah started calling this area "home" when the Navy moved her here in 2010. We've seen it all, and know that people need to sell homes for all kinds of reasons - and there are plenty of reasons to not want to do it the 'traditional' way.
